Tisana allo zenzero - Ginger herbal tea
Il freddo è arrivato e con lui anche i brividi e la necessità di scaldarsi. Per questo motivo vi proponiamo una tisana che siamo sicure, vi stupirà. Bastano tre semplici ingredienti dalle grandi proprietà. Zenzero, chiodi di garofano e cannella. Il sapore è particolarissimo. Oltre al calore sentirete le vostre papille gustative lavorare a dismisura cogliendo una sensazione di pizzicore gradevolissima. La preparazione che vi proponiamo è per 2 persone. In 15 minuti la tisana sarà pronta.

INGREDIENTI
-2 radici di zenzero
-6 chiodi di garofano
-4 stecche di cannella
-6 cucchiaini di zucchero
Put 1 liter of water into a little saucepan and place it on the stove over medium/ high heat. Place the ginger in the water (previously peeled-see photo), the 6 cloves 4 cinnamon sticks. Let’s simmer everything (boil over medium/high) for about 10 minutes to permit the ingredients releasing their healing properties. When ready add the sugar. For one liter of water, I suggest 6 small teaspoons of sugar. If you like it less sweet, try it on 3rd teaspoon. By my taste, however, 6 teaspoon that we recommend are absolutely right to the contrast of sweet/ spicy.
